Yin Yoga is a gentle, deeply relaxing style of yoga that helps you slow down — in body and mind. In each class, we hold postures for longer periods, allowing your body to soften and release tension.
As you breathe slowly and deeply, your nervous system shifts into “rest and repair” mode. This is where your body can truly heal — digesting, detoxing, and restoring balance from within.
Yin also works with your fascia — the connective tissue that wraps around muscles, nerves, and organs. Over time, tension, stress, and lack of movement can cause this tissue to tighten or stick together. In Yin, we use stillness, gentle pressure, and mindful movement to hydrate and free these tissues — helping energy flow more freely through the body.
